DELIVERY
Please fill out your delivery information accurately, providing all information needed by our delivery partners, so they can get your order to you. We'd hate for you to miss it!

We need a physical street address – we’re not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. You will need to sign for your order on delivery too so make sure it's an address you will be at during working hours.

SHIPPING TIMES - NEW ZEALAND

We process orders as soon as possible within our standard business hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-4pm)

Some of our items are made to order so can take a couple of extra days but they should arrive in the timeframe outlined below.

North Island - you should receive your delivery within 3-5 days.
South Island you should receive your delivery within 3-7 days.

We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped. If there is a public holiday on the day of your order/the day after there may be a 1-2 day delay.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

We don't offer international delivery service on our website, but if you email us on ratbagsstore@gmail.com, we can probably sort something out.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Hey, if you don't like what you've ordered, thats ok. You can return any product, with the exception of sale or discounted items within 14 days of purchase. They have to be returned unaltered, unworn and unwashed with all original packaging and labels. If you've bought a faulty item on sale, we can probably help you out there. 

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

To return an item, please organise delivery to the address listed below and include your order number as a reference. The item/items must arrive back with us in the same condition as you received it. We also suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. All return shipping costs are to be paid by you (the customer).

PRIVACY POLICY

We will use your provided info with the most strictest of confidence and won't share any details to any out parties. We will keep your info private and we do not for any reason record credit card information. If you have signed up to our mailing list and no longer wish to receive our updates, there is an unsubscribe button in the emails themselves. We adhere to the requirements of the NEW ZEALAND Privacy Act 1993.
